Build your program. Strengthen your team.
I help established brands recruit affiliates, manage their programs, and understand what is affecting performance.
You may need someone to review an existing program, take on its day-to-day management, or help build and train an internal team.
My experience covers both sides: being the publisher choosing which offers to promote and managing the program that needs to attract those publishers.
Discuss your affiliate program
A platform and a commission rate are only the beginning.
Applications arrive, but few partners start promoting. Revenue depends on a handful of affiliates. You change commissions and partners reduce their activity, but the dashboard doesn’t explain why.
Meanwhile, recruitment continues without anyone looking closely at why existing affiliates have gone quiet.
These are the kinds of problems I help investigate. I look at the offer, the partners, the numbers, and how the program is being run. Then I explain what I find and work with your team on what needs attention.
Who I work with
I mainly work with established small and midsize brands that need help managing their affiliate program or developing the team behind it.
You might have no dedicated affiliate manager, an existing team that needs support, or plans to bring the work in-house. Larger businesses are also welcome to enquire about audits and specific projects.
The work is a good fit when:
- Your product is already selling.
- Your margins can support affiliate commissions and program management.
- Someone in the business can approve decisions and help resolve issues.
- You have people available, or a budget for support—to handle the technical, creative, and administrative work required.
Traffic channels and partner selection
Depending on your product and markets, suitable partners may include SEO and content publishers, email partners, creators, and affiliates running paid social or native advertising.
I help assess which partners are worth pursuing, how they intend to promote your offers, and whether the economics make sense for both of you.
Managing those relationships and reviewing their performance is part of the work. Running their advertising campaigns is not included.
Three ways to work together
Affiliate Program Audit
Find out what needs attention and what to do first.
I review the parts of your program we agree to examine. These can include:
- Offer economics and commission structure.
- Partner mix, traffic quality, and dependence on individual affiliates.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and what happens after approval.
- Reporting and possible attribution discrepancies.
- Affiliate communication and promotional policies.
- Team responsibilities and gaps in how work gets done.
What you receive
A written report explaining what I found, the supporting data, and what I recommend doing first. I explain why each issue matters, what to do about it, and who needs to be involved.
We go through the report together, discuss your questions, and identify the next steps.
Where the information is incomplete or something needs technical investigation, I make that clear. Carrying out the recommendations can be arranged separately.
Managed Affiliate Program
Ongoing help running and improving your program.
I handle the activities we agree on, which can include finding potential partners, reviewing applications, onboarding affiliates, following up on promotion plans, managing relationships, and reviewing performance.
I also assess commission arrangements and flag issues that may be affecting an affiliate’s willingness or ability to promote.
I can manage these activities directly or work alongside your existing team.
What you receive
The agreed management work, a shared action tracker, and a monthly report covering:
- What changed in performance and the likely reasons.
- Which partners became active, grew, slowed down, or stopped.
- What has been completed and what is still outstanding.
- Problems or decisions that need your attention.
- What we will work on next.
We meet regularly to review progress and resolve questions that need your input. You can see what is happening in the program and where my time is being spent.
Build + Handover
Set up the program and prepare your team to run it.
I help brands launching or restructuring a program decide how it should operate—from commissions and partner selection to onboarding, reporting, and daily responsibilities.
If you want to build an internal team, I can help define roles, document the work, and train the people taking it on.
The project can also include an initial phase of affiliate recruitment. Platform setup and integrations are agreed separately, including who will carry out the technical work.
What you receive
The program setup work we have agreed on, an operating guide, checklists, and training for your team.
The handover covers how to research and assess partners, manage communication, review performance, and recognize when an issue needs escalating.
We agree at the start what needs to be completed before your team takes over. A defined period of follow-up support can be included.
Experience on both sides of affiliate marketing

I started as a publisher in 2008, building and monetizing my own websites through content, SEO, paid traffic, and affiliate marketing.
Since 2022, I’ve worked on the brand and network side, progressing from Affiliate Manager to Network Lead across a multi-brand portfolio.
My work includes recruitment, publisher relationships, commission analysis, performance reporting, traffic-quality investigations, and the daily operations of an affiliate network.
As a publisher, I had to decide which offers deserved my traffic and effort. On the brand side, I’ve had to understand why affiliates make those decisions—and what happens when an offer stops being competitive.
A brand needs sales at a cost it can support. An affiliate needs enough return to justify the work and expense of promoting. Both matter when deciding how to run the program.
How we work together
You work directly with me. Before we begin, we agree on what I will handle, what you will receive, how often we will meet, and which decisions stay with your team.
We also establish what support is needed. If the volume of research or administrative work requires another person, we agree whether that person comes from your team or needs a separate budget.
Creative production, paid-media buying, development, and specialist technical work are not automatically included.
Fees depend on the size of the program and the work involved. If additional work becomes necessary, we discuss the scope and cost before starting it.
I can’t promise a particular sales result or that every recruited affiliate will promote. I can commit to doing the work we agree on, explaining what the numbers show, and keeping you informed when something needs attention.
Let’s discuss your program
Tell me about your brand, whether you already have an affiliate program, and what you need help with.
We can then discuss whether an audit, ongoing management, or a build and handover project would be useful, and whether I’m the right person for the work.
