Last updated: October 17, 2026

MartinGram.com is my personal website, where I publish articles, photography, observations, and information about my professional work.

I believe in collecting as little personal information as reasonably possible. You should be able to visit this website and enjoy the content without unnecessary tracking or interruptions.

This policy explains what information may be collected, why it’s used, and how you can contact me about your privacy.

Who operates this website

MartinGram.com is operated by Martin Gram.

For privacy-related questions, you can contact me at me@martingram.com.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form or email me directly, I may receive your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.

I use this information to read and respond to your enquiry, continue a conversation you’ve initiated, or discuss a potential professional engagement.

Contact form submissions are handled through WPForms Lite and delivered by email. They are not stored as form entries in the WordPress dashboard.

I do not automatically add people who contact me to an email marketing list.

Email delivery and retention

The website uses SureMail to handle outgoing emails, including contact form notifications.

SureMail is configured to retain outgoing email logs for 30 days before automatically deleting them.

Messages and correspondence may also remain in my email account for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our communications, fulfil applicable obligations, or maintain relevant business records.

You can contact me if you would like to request the deletion of personal information contained in our correspondence, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Website analytics

I use Google Search Console to understand how MartinGram.com appears in Google Search.

This includes information such as search queries, impressions, clicks, and indexing performance.

I do not currently use Google Analytics or other optional visitor analytics tools to track how individuals browse the website.

Google Search Console does not require an analytics tracking script to be installed on this website.

Cookies and technical information

MartinGram.com may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, administration, or security.

The website’s hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and server requests to operate, maintain, and protect the website.

I do not intentionally use optional advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

If I introduce technologies requiring visitor consent in the future, I will review the website’s privacy practices and implement appropriate consent controls.

When you follow these links, you leave MartinGram.com and become subject to the privacy practices of the destination website.

At present, YouTube videos are linked rather than embedded directly into the website.

Why information is processed

Information may be used to respond to communications, discuss potential professional work, maintain website functionality and security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your request, steps toward a potential agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or legal obligations.

I do not sell personal information.

Sharing information

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website and deliver communications, including website hosting, security, and email services.

I do not share contact information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Some service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, appropriate safeguards must be used.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with an appropriate data protection authority.
